Festival of Legends is Hearthstone's 23rd expansion, featuring new 145 collectible cards released on April 11, 2023. The expansion takes place in the Thousand Needles, where E. T. C. , Band Manager is gathering the greatest musicians from all over Azeroth to put on the biggest music festival in history. Festival of Legends introduces 2 new keywords: Finale, which allows cards to have bonus effects if playing them spends the rest of your mana, and Overheal, a new class-specific evergreen keyword for priests that allows minions to trigger special effects if they're healed above their max health.
